Bring water to a boil

Cooking Times
|
1 lb. lobster 9 - 10 minutes
1 1/4 lb. lobster 10 - 11 minutes
1 1/2 lb. lobster 11 - 12 minutes
2 lb. lobster 12 - 13 minutes

| *Note: If you are cooking several lobsters at the same time you may have to add a couple minutes to cooking time. Adding several cold lobsters will temporarily drop the water temperature. |
